LDCA Colour Blast Registration 2018
The event will be held on Saturday March 3rd, that’s a long weekend in WA. It commences at 11am with registration from 10am at the start/finish line which will be on the beach in front of the Endeavour Tavern. Entrants will walk, run or crawl 600m north along the beach before looping back to the finish line.
Entrants will pass through a number of stations where they will be showered with non-toxic coloured powder; if you have sensitive eyes we recommend you wear goggles. This year will also have a foam station which was super popular last year. After everyone has crossed the finish line, those wearing an event wristband (to be collected from the registration desk on the day) will grab a healthy handful of coloured powder and on cue, send it skywards in an explosion of pure colour. Then it’s off to the Endeavour Tavern for lunch.
The 2016 and 2017 events were monster hits, selling out well in advance. Those who took part had a sensational time with families unanimously agreeing it was unlike any other event, in that they got to spend quality time, and laugh, with their family members without the distraction of mobile devices. Register now to be a part of this unique beach event.
The run is presented by the Lancelin District Community Association (LDCA), the Endeavour Tavern and Offshore Cafe.
